Hulu, SlingTV, and Direct TV have to watch out for the newcomer in town—YouTube TV. A report says that YouTube TV reached 2 million downloads, and it’s not even available all throughout the US.
This comes as no surprise because, for only $35, you are given 48 channels to choose from, 3 simultaneous streams, and On Demand and DVR service with unlimited storage. YouTube TV is also compatible with all Android and iOS devices, as well as PCs, Chromecast, and Chromecast-enabled TVs.
This means watching your favorite channels en route to school or office (except when you’re driving) or anytime you want to avoid conversation with anyone is just one smartphone away.
And if you won’t be able to watch the next GoT episode, you may simply record and watch it later.
YouTube TV is currently available in these metros: LA, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco Bay, Washington, D.C., Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Detroit, Dallas-Fort Worth, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne, and Charlotte. It is expected to be launched in other states pretty soon.
