Changes in Presidents, changes in Congress, still we’re paying way too much money for gasoline, and the prospect of taking to our bikes for trips to the market or to work are becoming ever more attractive. Well, the Source Eleven may make that idea even better for many of you by bringing rack, fenders, 11-speed internal gearing, belt drive, integrated lighting, and disk brakes in a package designed for both casual and hardcore sporting use.

The makers of Source Eleven set out to make a bike that could handle the elements as well, double-walling the rims to keep out moisture for maximum grip on terrain. Of course, that doesn’t keep you from getting wet. (Maybe a poncho?) But if it means going from four tanks of gasoline per month to two, sign us up.
