If you missed the first “Long Live the King” footwear collection from KITH, here’s your chance to get a pair for yourself.
The collection is expected to arrive on February 16 just as the NBA All-Star Weekend opens, and it has four different styles on its roster.
For the lifestyle pairs, there are the “City of Angels” and “King’s Crown.” For the performance pairs, you get the “Suit of Armor” and “King’s Cloak.”
All of these are based on Nike LeBron 15, which is LeBron’s current signature. These sneakers will carry Nike’s signature durable Battleknit technology, James’ signature lion head logo, and removable straps.
What sets these apart, though, from the current LeBron 15 is the detailed embroidery on the upper that makes all four look as if they were shoes of a royalty.
On top of these sneakers, the Long Live the King Collection Part 2 will feature hoodies, basketball shorts, and other apparel that we hope are indeed fit for the king.
KITH is a multifunctional lifestyle brand for both men and women based in NYC. It has been in operation since 2011, focusing on either their “own in-house label [or] a curated selection of multi-brand apparel and footwear.”
It was founded by Ronnie Fieg, who started his footwear experience when he was a stock boy at NYC’s David Z when he was only 12 years old. For more than two decades, he slowly worked his way up the corporate ladder to becoming the head buyer.
Fieg sees KITH as an extension of himself; thus in every creation that he has, he wants his customers to get more than they pay for. He also wants to revolutionize the current landscape of fashion, and based on this Long Live the King Collection, he is not very far from his goals.
