Luckily, Nerdchef decided to apply that principle to their Steel Stone. Now you can use any home oven and still get that perfectly blistered pizza crust.
How did they do that?
The element used in creating the Steel Stone has a really high heat transfer ability. It can also get hot 20 times faster than ceramic.
The result? Crispy and gorgeously blistered pizza crust cooked in no time.
Both sides of the stone are sanded by hand for a smoother texture and are seasoned with flaxseed oil. This ensures that your pizza crust slides off easily when done.
The stone is also unbreakable and easy to clean although it will get darker the more you use it.
