Fresh from the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this month, meet the FitBit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristband. Want to get a grip on your health and wellness in 2013? The folks at FitBit believe that every step you take should go toward that goal, and their wristband device helps make that happen by tracking not just the steps you’re taking, but also the calories burned, the hours you slept, total distance traveled, active minutes during the day, and even the quality of your rest.
It’s powered by a lithium-polymer battery that will go for five to seven days before it ever needs a recharge. Package includes a charging cable, USB connectivity, two wristbands (one small, one large), and a free FitBit account for online and mobile tracking. It’s even water-resistant, which means you no longer have an excuse to get out of exercise just because there’s a little rain in the forecast.
