Looking for the perfect brew for the fall months — in particular, for that deep-fried turkey you just know you gotta have come turkey day? If so, you’ll want to give Autumn Maple Beer from The Bruery a shot. Brewed with 17 lbs. of yams per barrel, this autumn seasonal is a different take on the “pumpkin” beer style. Brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup, and fermented with traditional Belgian yeast strain, it’s a bold and spicy accomplishment perfect on a cold autumn evening.

Autumn Maple is best-served with the aforementioned turkey as well as buttery mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie. And with 10 percent ABV, it’s not a wuss in the alcohol department.
