Remember Amazon Echo? The device has been making appearances in homes all across the globe as more and more people realize the usefulness of having their own personal assistant. Problem is, Echo is hopelessly wired and until now there just hasn’t been a solution that brings that same functionality to people’s cars and beyond.

In order to remedy the distinct lack of personal assistance, Amazon has unveiled the Amazon Tap Speaker — a device which allows you to simply tap the built-in microphone button in order to access the very same Alexa assistant which is built into Echo.

For those of you concerned about battery life, don’t fret. Tap Speaker can actually get up to nine hours of playback per charge and actually comes with a wireless charging base so you can charge on the go. You go Amazon!
