It has an innovative way of shortening the brew time as well as simplifying the entire brewing process. For instance, the beer is made in such a way that it is carbonated throughout the process, rather than needing to be carbonated at the end. As well, the beer is clarified using a clarification agent under pressure (using C02), which allows it to keep its bubbles. Once the beer is finished and ready to drink, switch the machine to chill and it will be brought down to serving temperature. There is even a tap with a built-in pressure system to let the beer flow while keeping its fizzy characteristics.
