Just when you thought it was safe to get out on the open highway, Joy Factory introduces the Valet iPad Seat Bolt Mount, which allows you to use your iPad in the car. Now grant it, this thing is pretty easy to maneuver, and your iPad will not be going anywhere in its carbon-fiber clutches, but you know as well as we do that some jackass, who thinks he can drive and play Dig Dug is going to get a hold of one of these.
Nevertheless, it is a pretty cool contraption, and at just $150, the company makes a pretty good case for setting this up for use. It is worth noting that traveling professionals can benefit greatly from having one of these in the car. Full 360-degree maneuverability as well as access to both vertical and landscape modes allows for mucho versatility, but if you’re driving and not using the iPad’s GPS functionality, then do us all a favor and keep your eyes on the damn road.
