Stiff Pipe

By Aric Mitchell on December 7, 2012

How would you like a stiffy?

The Stiff Pipe bills itself as the “world’s first plastic pipe cast in one piece using polished thermo plastic equipped with a briar wood tobacco chamber.” That’s a mighty specific claim, and who are we to question it? It does make a rather unique looking gift for the pipe smoker in your life, and the Stiff Pipe makers give a few different options in the cosmetics department just to change it up a bit.

Aside from the different materials, it is a colorful piece of work coming in black/green two-tone, black/navy and a fiery reddish-orange. This is definitely not your great grandpappy’s pipe. No polished wood or rich mahogany either, Ron Burgundy fans. Still, with the briar wood tobacco chamber, you should still be getting the same woody flavor that probably made you fall in love with pipes in the first place.
