Watching the dealers in poker tournaments deal cards is a sight to behold. They seem to never falter, never slip, and never make a mistake. When you try it at home, however, things aren’t so smooth, and for the unlucky amongst us, “Poker Night” turns into “52 Card Pickup Night.”
