2011 Mercedes SLS AMG Gullwing

2011 Mercedes SLS AMG Gullwing

Fresh from the cars you probably can’t afford department comes another dream item from a leader in automotive technology. The 2011 Mercedes SLS AMG Gullwing takes its look from the old Gullwing line of the 1950′s. But beyond some basic similarities in the body style, everything old is new again!

6.2 liters. 32 valves. This V8 engine is packing! Boasting a horsepower rating of 563 at 6800 RPMs, shortages in power will never be a worry. But safety doesn’t fall by the wayside either. With the new and improved Gullwing, the doors will pop right off should you ever be trapped in an accident. That’s a little extra incentive most car manufacturers would be wise to invest in!

Safety. Power. A beautifully modernized retro look. When a cost is finally assigned, it probably won’t be pretty.

Bugatti Type 12-2

Bugatti Type 12-2

Racer X Design’s Bugatti Type 12-2 is a 2+2 seater based on the Bentley Continental GT platform. This front-engine, rear wheel drive vehicle offers enough luggage space for long weekend getaways and represents the top of the line in comfort and style.

If you’re wondering where you can purchase one of these bad boys…well, you can’t. Currently, the Bugatti Type 12-2 is only a concept, but hopefully enough demand and ogling will force them to put it into production.

Jaguar XKR 75

Jaguar XKR 75

Jaguar’s 75th anniversary has inspired them to create a limited edition version of their XKR sports coupe, the aptly named XKR 75.

Powered by a 530 horsepower (that’s 20 more horses than in the standard XKR) 5-liter engine, the XKR 75 goes from 0-60 in only 4.4 seconds to a top speed of 174 mph. Among the other enhancements are upgraded suspension systems, red brake calipers, a new exterior color called “Stratus Gray”, active front lighting, 20-inch Vortex dark gray alloy wheels and an optional graphics pack with white striping.

James Bonds 1964 Aston Martin DB5

James Bond’s 1964 Aston Martin DB5

Bond. James Bond. Every man dreams of being the super-spy to end all super-spies. Few actually get the chance to walk in his shoes, or, in this case, drive in his car.

You’ve seen Goldfinger and Thunderball. How would you like to drive around in one of the two featured cars from those films?

So. Would. We.

Boasting a removable roof panel, machine guns, bullet-proof protection, smoke screen and revolving plates, you control the action all from the arm rest control panel. Hot chicks are not included, but we don’t think you’ll have any problems getting them once they see you behind the wheel.

2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS

2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS

Have the need for a ridiculous amount of speed? Look elsewhere. You’ll find nothing but an early death here.

Let us introduce you to the 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS, packing 620-hp – delivered by its 3.6-liter twin-turbo engine.

Don’t ask about the 3.4 second zero to sixty. This steroid infused monster has its eye on the prize – a top speed of 205 mph. True, the Porsche Turbo S will start a bit stronger off the line (0-60 in 3.1), but in 9.8 seconds the 911 GT2 RS gets the last laugh as it shatters 124 mph.

If the specs don’t impress you, pay attention… black and red Alcantara interior, carbon fiber bodywork, adaptive suspension management, carbon-ceramic brakes, and a stability-control system.

We should also mention that production is limited to 500 worldwide, and you’ll pay $245,000 to claim one.

Buckle up.
