2011 Dodge Charger

2011 Dodge Charger

The Duke boys would feel much more at home in this iteration of the Dodge Charger than in the last version. What held back the muscle car feel of last year’s model was mostly the design. It didn’t feel like a badass road machine the way the Challenger did.

The 2011 Dodge Charger, however, is much leaner and meaner, as evidenced by the redesigned front-end, ’60s-era scallops on the sides and hood, and the R/T option of a 5.7 liter Hemi V-8 with 368 horsepower. Combine all that with a new “racetrack” tail section and added technological creature comforts inside, and you’ve got the car Dodge should have designed the first time around.

I can’t wait to tool around the back roads of Georgia in this bad boy. Yee-haw!
