Apple fans have cause for excitement today as the company has introduced an update to its iPod Nano, called the iPod Nano 6, as well as a redesigned iPod Shuffle–and yes, the buttons are back! Oh, and let’s not forget about the updated iPod Touch. (I don’t know about you, but my head is about to explode.)
The iPod Shuffle redesign is available in five colors: pink, yellow, green, blue, and this cool-looking gray-black hybrid. It sort of reminds me of a flask, which is neither here nor there. This music-playing pixie reports a 15-hour battery life and a dirt-cheap price of $49. Order yours today, and you’ll get it sometime next week.
As for the iPod Nano 6, this sixth-generation device gives you seven color options: silver, graphite, blue, green, orange, pink, and red. Expect storage capacity of 8GB ($149) or 16GB ($179) as well as all the add-ons to make taking your music with you wherever you go easier.
Last but not least, the updated iPod Touch includes the iPhone 4′s famous Retina display along with an Apple A4 Core, 3-axis gyroscope, GameCenter and FaceTime support. Sizes are 8GB ($229), 32GB ($299), and 64GB ($399).
Looks like it’s Apple’s world–we’re just living in it!
