Got a high school sports gymnasium that wants to stand out from the other schools in the area? You’ll do just that if you go with the ASB Glassfloor, which is mostly glass with some aluminum and ceramics. Each of the properties involved are sturdy enough to warrant a floor that could easily last a lifetime. Tested in a highly active gymnasium, the company has found not a single sign of wear after two years of use.
The floor lends itself to multi-functionality. It could be used as a basketball court (looks very Tron-y), a tennis court, a dance floor, you name it. The Glassfloor uses LED lines visible through the glass, when activated, to decipher markings like the free throw line and half-court, and it complies with all standars for indoor and outdoor sports activities. Not sure how football would work – maybe Arena League?
